Soy profesor investigador de la Facultad Educación y Ciencias Sociales en la Universidad Andrés Bello. 

Mis intereses de investigación giran en torno a la participación política (electoral y no electoral), protestas y huelgas laborales. En la actualidad, llevo a cabo un proyecto Fondecyt de Iniciación (2022-2025) en el que investigo las huelgas políticas en América Latina. Además, participo como co-investigador en dos proyectos Fondecyt Regulares que se centran en el estudio de los movimientos sociales y los ciclos de protesta.

Completé mis estudios de pregrado de Sociología en  la Universidad de Chile. Luego obtuve los grados de magíster en Sociología y Doctor en Ciencia Política  en la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

I am an assistant professor at the Faculty of Education and Social Sciences at Universidad Andrés Bello. 

My research interests revolve around political participation (electoral and non-electoral), protests, and labor strikes. Currently, I have a research fund [Fondecyt de iniciación 2022-2025] in which I investigate political strikes in Latin America. In addition, I participate as a co-investigator in two additional research funds [regular Fondecyt] that focus on the study of social movements and protest cycles.

I completed my undergraduate studies in Sociology at the University of Chile. Then I obtained the degrees of Master in Sociology and PhD in Political Science at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
