nexusPITCH/Technology Commercialization Workshop

Are you interested in new emerging technologies? 
Do you have an idea for a new technology can be turned into a product or service? 
Do you have an idea but don’t know how to take the first step? 
Do you want to learn more about entrepreneurship? 
If the answer is YES, then you should register for the Technology Commercialization Workshop hosted by the UofA nanoGroup.

Date: March 4, 2017  8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Place: Edmonton Clinical Health Academy (ECHA). Room 1-490.
Cost: Early bird before January 31 ($8), regular ($12), breakfast and lunch included.

A one day crash course where you'll learn how to develop, market, and make money off your nanotechnology ideas! It's also a great opportunity to meet successful people from the nanotechnology community. Note: Individuals with ideas unrelated to nanotechnology are highly encouraged to attend.

The technology commercialization workshop is being taught by angel investor and serial entrepreneur, Darryl Lesiuk.
The workshop will culminate in a pitch competition where participants will pitch their business concept to a panel of judges for a share of $1,000 in prize money.
