The 12th International Cognitive Linguistics Conference (ICLC) is being held 23-28 June 2013 at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. ICLC is the biennial conference of the International Cognitive Linguistics Association.
This is the first time the conference is being held in Canada––it was last in North America in 2001 (UCSB). Since then, meetings have been held in Spain (2003), Korea (2005), Poland (2007), and China (2011).
The deadline for submission of abstracts was Monday, 5 November 2012. All authors whose abstracts were accepted have been asked to submit a final version of their abstract for the conference booklet by Friday, 15 March 2013.
