Announcement: Equal Opportunity Meeting

The Vermont Agency of Education is in the process of holding regional meetings for public input in response to the U.S. Department of Education's call that all states must examine the extent students that attend schools that are deemed to be high-poverty and high-minority have the same access to quality educators. Each meeting will include opportunities for community members to review the analyzed data, participate in small group discussions related to why these patterns of inequity exist and to generate suggestions for efforts Vermont should undertake to increase access to high quality educators in these communities.

Members of the public are invited to join us for the meeting scheduled below, we hope you can attend and offer ideas!

Spaulding High School, 155 Ayers Street, Barre, VT 05641
March 31, 2015 6:00-7:30 pm
