What We Do

As members of Pacific NSSLHA, students have the opportunity to network with other students who have similar interests, meet professionals working in the field, and participate in a variety of activities. Pacific NSSLHA members perform community service, promote advocacy, and further their education by attending guest lectures and other local events.

Becoming a member of Pacific's NSSLHA Chapter

Any undergraduate or graduate student who is interested in the study of communication disorders, audiology or speech-language pathology, is eligible for our local chapters' membership.

Our local Pacific chapter strives to:

  1. Encourage professional interest among university students in the study of Speech Pathology and Audiology.
  2. Support and raise funds for Scottish Rite Language Center
  3. Provide our members with information regarding speech, language and hearing disorders
  4. Encourage membership participation and communication.
