SIZE OF PROJECT: Trash Bag Delta is 24 inches high, 40 inches wide   

WIND RANGE: Trash Bag Delta flies in a variety of winds from 0 MPH (perfect indoor kite) to moderate outdoor winds.  The kite flies well without a tail however a decorative tail can be added if needed for color and stability.

KIT PRICE: The class cost is $5.00 and includes all supplies to make one kite in class and the materials and instructions to make a second kite later. A kite bag is included for the finished kites.  Tail material will also be available in the classroom should you want it.

DESCRIPTION: Learn this great No Sew Delta made from lightweight plastic from trash bags.  This kite is light enough to be an indoor flier, but sturdy enough to fly outside!  It should be in every kite flier's inventory.

This is a great class to learn an inexpensive, easily sourced kite for kitemaking with Scouts, schools, churches, or any group to fly indoors or out!  

WHAT TO BRING: A pair of scissors, a utility knife, some good jokes and a kite story.  Optional - a heavy sheet of paper or cardboard 24" x 24" to trace the sail templet to take home to make even more kites.
