About Me

I have been teaching at BHS for 20 years.  Prior, I taught at LHS for 3 years. I attended the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater, earning a Bachelor's of Science in Education (BSE), Aurora University for a Master of Arts in Teaching, and I have earned 40+ additional graduate hours in Education. I have lived in Spain and Mexico and spent 10 years organizing BHS student trips to both countries.   I enjoy horseback riding, traveling, teaching Spanish language and culture, and spending time with friends.  I sponsor the Equestrian Club, Spanish Honors Society, and co-sponsor the Mock Trial Team.  I enjoy spending time with these clubs and getting to know students outside of the classroom.  I encourage all students to pursue a club or activity while in high school.  It is a great way to meet new people and make connections with people who have similar passions.  I look forward to getting to know you better this year!  Bienvenidos :)
