To review our journey we suggest you begin with the History and Update for some background. View the 2016 Aug Strategic Planning Academic Leadership Retreat document. Teams are working on refining key performance indicators, benchmarks and targets for the imperatives. Note that the key performance indicators (KPI) and language are still in draft mode. They are likely to change as we find benchmark information and work through ideas with relevant colleges/units at TWU. If you are interested, the other links will show you details about the timeline of the plan, people who have worked on it, and some of the feedback and presentations we have used along the way.
