The Entree

  1. Choice of Potato: Mashed, Parsley Buttered, Scalloped, Baked, or Seasoned Rice.
  2. Choice of Vegetable: Corn, Peas, Peas & Carrots, Green Beans w/Slivered Almonds, Green Beans in Mushroom Soup, Glazed Carrots, Mixed Veggies, or California blend.
  3. Choice of Side Dish: Cole Slaw, Fruit Salad, Raw Veggies, or Lettuce Salads**
  4. Dinner Rolls, Butter, Coffee & Milk

**an additional charge of $1.00 per person is added for the lettuce salads to be served on the table.

Desserts are $2.50 per person, Choice of: Chocolate Mousse, Strawberry Mousse, Black Forest Cherry Torte, Apple or Cherry Cobbler, Pumpkin Squares, Cheese Cake, Ice Cream Sundae, or Schaum Torte.

SANDWICH LUNCH BUFFET:  $9.50 per person 
This includes:  Hot Sandwich (select one -Ham, Sloppy Joes, Turkey, Roast Beef, Pork or 
BBQ Pork).  Two Sides:  Potato Salad (German or American).   Baked Beans, Pickles, Relishes, 
Milk & Coffee. Add $1 per person for a second type of sandwich and $1 per person for 
additional sides (fruit salad, pasta salad, homemade chili, etc.). 

NIGHT LUNCH:  $5.50 per person 
This is served around 9pm.  It includes:  Hot Sandwich (same as above), Chips, Pickles and  coffee. 
You may add Cheese & Rye Bread at $1 per person and a  second type of sandwich at $1 per person. 

HORS D' OEUVRES: 
These can be served at anytime during your event, but not intended to replace a dinner.  There will be an additional charge if no other food is served.

          Meat Balls, Cocktail Weiners, OR Chicken Drummies - $275.00 
          Silver Dollar Sandwiches (Beef, Ham or Turkey) 
          Mini Pizza Bread or Mini cucumber Sandwiches =Trays of 50 for $95.00 

BEVERAGES: 
Champagne:  $25.00 per Bottle* 
Wine:  Price per bottle determined by type and vintage* 
*We serve 2 bottles per 16 people.  Disposable glasses are included. 
Beer:  $250.00 per half barrel 
          Price includes cups and bartenders.  All major brands are available.  There is an additional charge for premium brands. 
Soda:  $1.25 per 12oz. cup. 
Liquor Bar:  Call 261-5481 for details.  We can accommodate an open bar for any length of time or arrangements.  We also sell bar chips at $100.00 for 25 chips. 
Upstairs Bar:  Will be opened for a fee of $300 or upon Turner Hall's discretion. 

CAKE CUTTING:  $50 fee just for the plates & forks.  We will cut the cake, for free, shortly after the dinner is served.
          With no dinner, there will be a charge of $100.00. 



ADD 5.5% SALES TAX AND 16% TIP TO ALL FOOD AND BEVERAGES.
