Dual Enrollment

In conjunction with Rio Salado and other local Maricopa Community Colleges, Corona del Sol offers numerous dual enrollment courses, allowing students to earn both high school credit as well as transferable community college credit upon successful completion. All such courses are taught on our campus by our own faculty. Teachers of these course have at least a Master's Degree and are authorized by the participating community college.

With the ever-rising costs of university tuition and fees, earning transferable community college credits through dual enrollment while attending Corona is a cost-efficient way to get a head start on a college or university degree.

Most public universities tend to accept these credits, while private universities may or may not accept them.

Always verify with your intended college that they will accept these credits upon matriculation to their institution prior to enrolling and and paying for these courses.

To investigate how dual enrollment credits will transfer to an in-state public university, please visit AZ Transfer.
