We are looking forward to a fun and festive affair as we celebrate this year's Grand Marshall, Helen Raptis, AM Northwest's Host.

The parade starts at 9:30am just north of Eastport Plaza on Bush Street, 4000 SE 82nd Avenue and travels north on 82nd Avenue, turning west onto Yamhill St. and finishing at SE 78th.

The King School Drill Teams and Orgullo Mobelense Cemiac Dancers are returning to join The Beat Goes on Marching Band, the Last Regiment of Syncopated Drummers, the Royal Rosarians, their Float and the Clown Prince, all crowd favorites!

The Friesian Horses will also join the Parade for the second year as well as many community ans school groups..


Please enter from Powell Blvd. at SE 86th. 
1- REGISTRATION – Starts at 7 am [1-person] must register
    at the table in front of Century 21. 
2- Line-Up at your # NO LATER than 8:30am OR earlier
3. Ribbon judging starts at 8:30am.
4- Procession from Bush/Theater lot starts between 8:45 - 9:00 am
5- Parade Starts onto 82nd precisely @ 9:30am
6- Reference MAP on attached flyer for Parade Route
7. BANDS & PERFORMERS: Please commence playing once
parade starts moving from Bush Street onto 82nd Avenue.
8. ANNOUNCEMENT BOOTH in front of Best Value Inns just past 
Powell Blvd. on 82nd .
9. Parade ENDS at SE 78th and Yamhill. Porta Potties nearby.
10. PER POLICE Maintain 15’ between groups; ALSO - no wheelies, no
burn-outs, no Rev of engines OTHERWISE PARADE MAY BE
STOPPED by the POLICE. This is for safety of all…….

After the Parade, residents and friends are invited to attend New Year in the Park - a free family friendly event that celebrates Cambodian, Lao, Thai and Burmese New Years at Glenhaven Park on 82nd Ave and Siskiyou from 9:30-6:00pm.
