Insurance Options

TSC families who have students participating in the 1:1 initiative are encouraged to purchase an insurance policy from Worth Ave. Group to protect against potential damage and loss charges. Worth Ave. offers a variety of coverage options for each of the devices TSC students rent.

If a policy has been purchased, damage to the device has occurred, and a charge has been assessed, click here to access the claims form.

Please note: If a student receives a "loaner" device while their assigned device is being repaired, Worth Ave. must be notified of the change in device in order for the insurance policy to cover the temporary device. If the change in device is not reported to Worth Ave., they will not cover any damages that may occur to the "loaner" device. TSC does not communicate any information directly with Worth Ave. Group. Communication about claims and changes in device serial numbers must be communicated to Worth Ave. by policy holder (parent).

Below is an overview of the claims process once an insurance policy is purchased.
