Services are available to any Trumbull High School student seeking support on a writing assignment in any discipline.

WHEN

Available daily from 7:00 a.m. and open after school by appointment.

2016-2017 School Year Schedule

  • Qt. 1 - Teach periods 2, 6, 8
  • Qt. 2 - Teach periods 1, 2, 6
  • Qt. 3 - Teach periods 2, 6, 8
  • Qt. 4 - Teach periods 1, 2, 6
I vary my lunch daily in order to accommodate a greater number of students. If I am eating during the only period you can meet, please let me know, and I will rearrange my schedule if possible.

HOW

  • If you would like me to review your paper, email the piece to jnetting@trumbullps.net, or drop it off in my drop off box (located in front of my desk).
  • Attach a note indicating the area you need help with (for example, "Having trouble tying topic sentences to thesis."). 
  • Include the assignment and rubric. 
  • When I have finished reviewing your paper, I will place it in the pick up box. or email you back.
  • You may also stop by the Writing Center to set up a writing conference (The Student Sign-Up Sheet is located on a clip board near my desk). 
  • IF YOU SHARE A GOOGLE DOC, PLEASE BE SURE TO SHARE IT WITH EDITING RIGHTS. DON'T SHARE A GOOGLE DOC TO MY PS.ORG EMAIL.
