TISD Parent Portal - Application Process

The Trinity ISD Parent Portal is a quick and convenient way to keep up with your student's grades and attendance information.  You will need to complete and submit the following information in order to be setup to access the TISD Parent Portal.   Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing of your information.  Once your information is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the web address to the TISD Parent Portal, along with the Portal IDs for each student you requested.  Once you have received the confirmation e-mail you can access the TISD Parent Portal site and create an account.  You will need the Portal IDs for each of your students to associate them with your user profile.

Please Note:  Pre-School and Kindergarten classes do not use the electronic gradebook system.  If you request a Portal ID for children attending one of these grade levels, your submission will not be processed.

You may apply for Parent Portal access for up to 4 students using this online form.  If you need access to additional students, you will need to complete the form a second time for any additional students.

Please note that Trinity ISD will not issue Portal IDs if you are not listed on the Student Contact Information on file with the campus office.  If you need to update your Student Contact Information, please contact the appropriate campus and make any necessary changes before you apply for the Parent Portal.
