While in Washington, we will attend the Oath of Office, the Presidential Inauguration Address, the Inaugural Parade, and an Inaugural Ball for the students. We will also be on guided tours of Washington, visiting many sites and monuments, including the White House, Capitol Hill, Washington Monument, various museums, Arlington National Cemetery, and many other sites. There will also be an excursion to Mount Vernon. We will have an informational meeting in the Triad High School Library on Wednesday, February 17, at 6pm.
