What is Concierge Medicine?

Concierge Medicine allows physicians to see fewer patients and provide high-value primary care services. Patients pay an annual Membership Fee to be part of this program, in addition to several per service charges based on our fee schedule. We do not accept any Health Insurance plans. Which insurance plans do you accept?

We do not accept any health insurance plans. We are a direct-pay practice. However, you will likely still be covered by your insurance plan for most standard lab work, imaging, and specialist visits performed outside of our practice.

Do you accept patients under 18 years old?

No, we do NOT accept any patients under 18 years old. 

At which hospitals do your Physicians have privileges?

Our Physicians have privileges at Martin Health (North, South, and Tradition). 

How long does my Membership last?

The Annual Membership Fee covers a period of one Calendar Year and can be entered into at any time.

Is there a discount on the Annual Membership Fee for a third family member?

Yes, the third member of a family will receive a discount on the Annual Membership Fee. Contact us at (772) 419-3800 to learn more.

Do you use an Electronic Medical Record?

We use Epic Electronic Medical Record software, which is hosted by Martin Health, to allow us to maintain "Continuity of Care" with Martin Health and other Epic providers. 

How can I view the information in my Medical Record?

You can access your own Medical Record at home via MyChart, which is hosted by Martin Health. See the "MyChart" tab in the header of this website. Please give us feedback.

What is your Privacy Policy?
