Deborah Ronnebaum, Career Transition Coordinator

I grew up a farm girl in NE Kansas, graduating from a 1A High School, and continuing the country lifestyle, married a farmer.  We have 3 children and 9 grandchildren.  I went back to school, as working mom,  completing a Associate of Arts at Highland Community College, Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology, Emphasis on Community Growth and Development at Kansas State University in 1996.  I followed by completing a Masters of Science in Business Management at Friends University in the fall of 2000.  I have a Kansas State Teaching License - Certified in Vocational-Special Needs.   I have worked with youth for over 25 years in a variety of capacities coordinating elementary- high school lifeskill and career curriculum, developing job programs, organizing career fairs and facilitating workshops/trainings involving strategic planning and personal development.  I have been a certified trainer for both True and Winning Colors.
