Need Support? 

Below are programs offered through the state to help families, individuals, and children in need of immunizations.  Call the number listed to see if you qualify.

  • (VFC)State funding for children 0-18 years of age who can not afford immunizations through a primary care physician
  • (317) State funding for all ages for those who qualify within eligibility guidelines
