  • Dtap- Diphtheria, Tetanus & Pertussis
  • Tdap- Tetanus, Diphtheria & Pertussis
  • MMR- Measles, Mumps & Rubella
  • Varicella- Chickenpox
  • HIB- Haemophilus Influenzea Type B
  • Rotavirus- Stomach flu for babies and young children
  • PCV7- Pneumococcal Conjugate
  • IPV- Polio
  • HPV- Human Papilloma Virus
  • MCV4- Meningococcal
  • Hepatitis A and B

Adult Immunizations: 18+ 

  • Tdap- Tetanus, Diphtheria & Pertussis
  • Td- Tetanus & Diphtheria
  • PPV23- Pneumococcal Polysaccharide
  • TB Tests- Tuberculosis
  • Hepatitis A and B

Adult Immunizations: 60+

  • Zoster- Shingles (Please call for more information)

Need Support? 

Below are programs offered through the state to help families, individuals, and children in need of immunizations.  Call the number listed to see if you qualify.

  • (VFC)State funding for children 0-18 years of age who can not afford immunizations through a primary care physician
  • (317) State funding for all ages for those who qualify within eligibility guidelines
