CPED 5101 Computer Architecture is taught in 2 formats for students in the Master of Arts in Education Technology at Johnson University..

CPED 5101 (Hybrid) is taught for American students from the Tennessee Campus of Johnson University. As a "hybrid," the course is taught predominately online, but with face-to-face contact on at least 2 Saturdays during the semester. Currently the course uses Raspberry Pi 3 computers to convey class concepts, so one Saturday early in the semester ensures assistance with setting up the Raspberry Pi system. Toward the end of the semester, another Saturday is given to ensuring the physical components of a hardware extension are properly done.

CPED 5101 (Classroom) is taught for students able to attend daytime classes during a 7 week session in the fall.
