Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy is in the process of organizing a study exchange program with a high school in Speyer, Germany. The exchange will be reciprocal and last three weeks. The German students will arrive here on September 21, 2018 and leave on October 9, 2018. Our hosting students will have the opportunity (but are not obligated) to travel to Germany in June of 2019! Group study leaders and chaperones are Mrs. Harrelson and Mr. Henderson. Students will stay with their host families and attend school with their host brother or sister. We are currently looking for eight female and eight male students who are willing to host this fall, and would like to travel to Germany next June. German language skills are welcome, but not necessary. The approximate cost for this three week experience will be around $1500, which will include airfare. Rising juniors and seniors may apply. There may be some scholarship opportunities available to help with the cost.

As a friendly reminder, we respectfully request that our bus riding families consider a $50 per month donation to help keep our buses running.  If writing a check, please add 'bus donation' in the memo line, and mail to attn:  Finance Office or Mrs. White on the upper campus, or drop a check off at any of the offices.
