Dear TJCA-CFA Families:
We are so excited to announce a fantastic family evening of 50s/60s food and music! Please mark your calendars to join us on Saturday evening, April 1st, for a BBQ burger and hot dog plate starting at 5:30PM in the upper campus cafeteria, followed by a professional 50s/60s oldies band performance in our historic Lietner Auditorium at 7PM! The group, Flying Saucers, are a six piece Rockabilly and Oldies variety band from North Carolina that entertains crowds with popular favorites from the years 1955-1965: the golden years of Rock-n-Roll! Music performed includes Rock-n-Roll, Country, Motown, Doo-Wop, Surf, and even a few retro TV theme songs.
Tickets are $10 for the dinner and $10 for the performance, and all proceeds will go to our new building capital fund!
PLEASE come dressed in your favorite 50s/60s outfits and order your tickets today so you do not miss out on this great evening, while supporting our 2020 Vision plan.
To order tickets, please go to: https://www.payforit.net/ and either use your current login and click on 'fundraiser' and toggle the 'capital campaign fundraiser', or stop by one of the school offices to purchase your tickets with a check, and please write 'April 1 Concert Fundraiser' in the memo line. Please be sure to print out your email receipt from PayForIt and bring it on April 1 as your ticket, or bring your office receipt! Note too that you can get to the PayForIt link from our website: http://tjca.teamcfa.school/about/get-involved/donate/
Finally, PLEASE help us to encourage any alumni of Tri-High, particularly from the 50s/60s, to purchase a ticket and reminisce with us!
