Bluejay CNC Club

The CNC club was started to use our new technology to make gifts and specialty items on the CNC Plasma, CNC Router and laser.

Students in grades 7-12 can be members.  They will be designing the projects and running the machines along with prepping   the materials for paint, powder coating or finishing.

We have a licensing agreement with the University of Wisconsin - Madison to make and market Bucky Badger items. See sub-pages for pictures and ideas with the different machines.

The first goal of the club is to purchase a sandblast cabinet so we can clean the plasma designs for a better finish.  We want to run the club like a business and make money to buy equipment that can make it better and more efficient while having fun and learning new skills.  We would also like to be able to take field trips to local industries to see the new manufacturing techniques.

If you have an idea or picture of something and want to see it transformed into reality, we can design something for you.  You will be provided with a proof of our design and a price for your approval.  We have a turnover of two or three weeks because we are a club and school always comes first.  Quality takes time and we want to do it right.
