Join Watershed PTSA

Why join the Watershed PTSA?  The number-one reason to join the Parent Teacher Student Association is to benefit your child. Your membership means participation in and support for our programs and activities. By joining, you also get an opportunity to be better informed, network with other parents, and be a role model for your children.
Who can join?  Membership is for EVERYONE. Anyone with an interest in helping the students at the Watershed School can become a member.
  • Moms, dads, guardians
  • Students and their siblings
  • Grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other relatives
  • Friends of the family
  • Community businesses
  • Teachers and staff

What are our goals for membership? Because we believe in the mission and goals of the Watershed PTSA, we would like to see participation from every parent, student, grandparent and staff of our school. Because the success of our efforts is directly related to the levels of participation that we can achieve, we encourage both parents to join, as well as any other interested parties.

How can you help? By becoming a member your dues will help the local PTSA pay for the supplies and materials needed to carry out its functions. Over half of the $10 fee goes to fund the activities of the Alaska and National PTA organizations. Most importantly, by joining PTSA and becoming a part of our activities you show your friends and family your support for the Watershed School.

Ready to join? Fill out the attached form. Place the completed application and $10 (cash or check - payable to The Watershed PTSA) in an envelope and leave in the PTSA box by the front office. Or fill out this online form and drop your fees in the box!
