SYNOPSIS:
Pen pals and distant friends Kat and Geoff reunite in Denver after years of writing about music and love. Geoff’s wife Ally gives her consent for the weekend when Kat wants much more. EAST COLFAX captures the moment when the innocent hopes we've put on others start shading into adult realities.

BIO:
Diana’s play Helping People was developed with Rattlestick Playwrights Theater, IRT, Dutch Kills Theater and was a 2013 Semi-Finalist for the National Playwrights Conference. Her next play, East Colfax, was commissioned for Rising Phoenix Rep’s CINO Series and is currently being developed with The New Group. Her newest play, The Drill, has been developed with The New Group and Stable Cable Lab Co. Diana was a 2014 Playwright Fellow at the Sewanee Writers’ Conference, a 2014 and 2013 finalist for the Playwriting Program at Juilliard, and a Literary Associate at Rattlestick Playwrights Theater from 2010 – 2012. As an actor she’s developed new work with MCC, the LARK, Urban Stages, StrangeMen & Co, and more. She made her New York stage debut in Crystal Skillman’s play Wild and is a teaching artist with the Bronx Arts Ensemble. Diana is from Milpitas, California and currently lives in Brooklyn.
