and Ruote (wagon wheel pasta) alle Zucchine e Pomodori...this class is going to be fun!

Learn to make these tasty essentials of French baking and pastry cookery with the professional results of a fancy French pastry shop! Macarons with chocolate ganache filling, pâte à choux dough, crème pâtissière, fresh fruit tarts, caramel sauce, lemon curd, profiteroles, apricot glaze, pâte sucrée (sweet pie dough) and more. In this very approachable “hands on” class, we will focus on the methods and techniques of creating the essential French “mother” sauces and a variety of their derivative sauces. We will also pair sauces with appropriate proteins, starches and vegetables. Plenty to learn and plenty of good eats in this class!
