The 21st Century poses many challenges in every organization specifically on how effectively programs are conveyed to the public. In an effort to grow more into being a successful 21st Century Organization, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) strived to improve its systems to be able to serve its clients well. With much hard work and determination, TESDA was awarded the International Standards Organization (ISO) Certification, making it the only education agency and among the government certifying agencies to be granted the prestigious status.

With this, the Agency has relentlessly worked for more innovations to create a competitive advantage, thus this TESDA Caraga Website is maintained for our clients not only in the locality but all around the globe. This Website serves as a communication tool of the Agency to individuals and organizations in remote locations as our way of sharing and exchanging information over the internet. This can also be a venue for the youth and the public to inquire of activities and programs pertaining to technical-vocational education and also be informed of the latest news and developments the agency in the region is undertaking.

As TESDA continues to be the absolute crusader determined to address the needs of the times – providing a workforce with world-class competence and positive work values, this website is the right venue for employers who wish to be assured of hiring Certified Workers as information is accessible to the public such as the 1) Registry of certified workers; 2) List of registered trainers; 3) List of training institutions with registered programs; 4) List of accredited competency centers and; 5) List of accredited competency assessors, among others. Using this Website is easy, cheaper, quicker, especially because it is accessible round the clock.

So, make use of this Website to the best that it can help you with.

We are always glad to be of service!

The role of web-based electronic communications has been noted to be very useful in implementing wider dissemination of the thrusts, programs and mandates of every government agency today.

With the national government’s transparency and good governance as its flagship programs, information that the public should know must be delivered by using channels or medium of information – that is, through websites, blogs, and social networking sites.

Envisioned to be the leading partner in the development of the Filipino workforce with world-class competence and positive work values, the Regional and Provincial Offices of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in Caraga has been continuously training Filipinos to be skilled individuals to be at par with the pool of professionals in the domestic and international work areas. To achieve the agency’s vision, we provide direction, policies, programs and standards towards quality technical education and skills development.

The development of this website was made possible to cater the needs of the Filipino people especially the youths who wish to inquire activities and programs pertaining to technical-vocational education. This web-based electronic communication channel serves as a venue where people from all walks of life will be informed of the latest news and development that the agency in the region is undertaking.

Aside from news, our website contains relevant information accessible to the public, such as: 1) Registry of certified workers; 2) List of registered trainers; 3) List of training institutions with registered programs; 4) List of accredited competency centers and; 5) List of accredited competency assessors, among others.

May I therefore convey the netizens to visit our website at and experience the online services we offered. You can also visit our blog at, as well as our Facebook at, and follow us on twitter @tesdacaraga.

It is an opportune time for TESDA Caraga has to revive and enhance a functional website for our clients and stakeholders. Today, almost all government agencies throughout the world are operating their services to the public using a website as an alternative way to transact with them. When the internet keeps moving forward and advancing, the agency’s services need to advance as well. If agencies do not own or operate online services as well as physical offices, they will be less accessible to those clients who do not have the luxury of time and money to transact personally at their respective business address.

There are so many valid reasons why owning and operating a website is important. Reaching your target clients in your own area is one thing, but having a website allows you to reach your target market worldwide. Many more individuals are becoming computer and internet savvy, this means to that if you want to go with the bandwagon, you need to have a website that is not only informative but functional and professional. If marketed properly and effectively, the agency can be assured of providing quality services to more clients in the area and outside of the country.
This project is launched to form part of the marketing and advocacy campaign of our programs and projects on Technical Education and Skills Development in the Region. However, it’s not good enough to just have a website; we have invested time and money into our online services. It is more important to keep the online public aware of the services we provide and how to access them by just one click.

The maintenance and upgrading of the website is another cost area that needs to be taken into consideration. New data and information on various programs need to be incorporated to the website to make it current and more effective to our clients.

The project aims to 1) Expand the reach of TESDA Caraga’s programs, projects and services to local and international clients; 2) Improve Customer Service by providing answers to questions on the website; 3) Save costs by allowing TESDA Caraga’s clients to download forms and other important documents; 4) Present a professional image for the Agency through the well-designed website and serves as a way of instilling confidence to our clients and stakeholders; 5) Promote TESDA Caraga’s services online; and 6) Gather information and generate valuable feedback to improve quality of services.

We hope that this website will be very useful to every Caraganon and to the entire Philippines for the promotion of technical education and skills development of every Filipino.
