On Monday 17 November TTSA had the please of working with Essex Heads on 'The Leadership Life-Cycle - The 6 phases of Headship. A group of secondary heads spent the session reflecting on where they were in their career. Mr Saunders provided a summary of a range of literature on the phases of headship and the group used these to support the construction of their own definition. The session has proved to be a useful starting block as the TTSA develops a local support offer for heads.
