Prospective authors are invited to
submit manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent
- The papers must contain original content and should not have been
previously published or submitted to a peer-reviewed journal or a
refereed conference/workshop whose notification date is after the SC12
technical papers submission date. Submissions cannot overlap
substantially with any paper previously accepted for publication or
under review by any conference or journal during the SC review process.
Authors should follow IEEE publication policies, see:
- Papers must be submitted in PDF format (readable by Adobe Acrobat
Reader 5.0 and higher). Submissions are limited to 10 pages in the IEEE
conference proceedings format.
The 10-page limit includes figures, tables, and appendices, but does not
include references, for which there is no page limit. Margins and font
sizes should not be modified. Templates can be found at:
- Papers that do not confirm to these specifications will be rejected at the discretion of
the program committee.
The paper review process is standard peer review with author
identities revealed but the reviewer identities being confidential.
The program committee and its reviewers will try its best to adhere to
the ACM code of conduct in confidentiality as outlined in
well as avoiding any conflicts of interest to influence its decisions.
Should there be a breach of these by accident or misconduct by its
reviewers, the SC conference will try its best to investigate and report
on the event to maintain its academic integrity but will not accept
liability of any sort.
