Responding in Different Contexts

A disaster can hit anywhere, from a rural village to a bustling capital city, from Asia to Africa or Europe. How we respond will depend on the particularly nuances of the context and environment of the impacted area.

In this module we will examine things to take into account when designing a response based on the context of the disaster affected area. This will include learning from previous disasters as well as expertise from a variety of organisations.
