|Enrollment is based on income, family need, and
availability for both free programs. We will contact families who have expressed interest in the free programs when we are ready to begin enrollment screenings.|
Start is a federally funded program for 3 and 4 year old children. Families must
meet federal income guidelines (100% federal poverty level.) Children may be enrolled whose families are over income when there are additional risk
factors. Ten percent of our slots for children are reserved for children with
diagnosed disabilities. We anticipate that next year's program will be full day, Monday through Thursday. Confirmation should come in July once the federal grant has been approved.
your family to our program! There is a great Parent Resource room in the
building, where we encourage you to relax after you drop off your child. There
are wonderful movies on different topics of interest, brochures about local
resources, and a coffee pot for your convenience. There are rocking chairs and
a changing table, too, if you want to bring your little one. There is no
babysitter available, so the children still need your attention. Call Tracy at 248.956.5089 for information.
Please be a
part of our Parent group! Your input will make our program stronger.

the State of Michigan. Children who are 4 years old, and won't be 5 by September 1, 2015, may be eligible for this program. Eligibility is determined by
income and other factors such as developmental delays or difficult family
situations. Families income for free preschool would meet up to 250% on the guideline link below. Call Holly 248.956.5091 for information.
GSRP classes have 16 children, one certified Early Childhood

Information from the Health Department regarding changes in Immunization Rules. Parents not wishing to have children fully immunized must schedule appointments at the Health Department to obtain a Waiver. Otherwise, all children must be fully immunized, and supply proof of that immunization, prior to preschool entry.
