If you are a middle school parent of a student who brings his/her laptop or other device to school that is having software issues:
For software problems or difficulty using the Internet at school, fill out the Student Technology Request Form above and Mrs Stasak or one of her interns will contact you or your child within 24 hours.
For hardware problems (problems with the laptop, such as broken hinges, missing keys, display irregularity) follow the service instructions given to you at time of purchase.
For questions about the use of the laptop in the classroom, contact your child's teachers.
