You can use TC Qualtrics (Survey Tool) . You  can access it from MyTC under TcBookmaks>Software andTools

If you have never used it make sure  a form will show up asking you to provide your email address, first name and last name. Do so and your account will be activated.

Moodle Navigation Bar Improvements

You can now opt to see  only your current courses or all of your courses in  the Moodle navigation bar.
Just go to My profile settings > Course settings > Hide old courses or  Show all Courses     
Hide courses
