How can I tell how many copies we own?

You can't wait to read the latest thriller by John Grisham!  You get on the waiting list and see that you are 12 out of 13 in the queue.  Does that mean you have to wait for 11 other people to read it, or is the list actually shorter, because there are two or more copies.  Here is how you find out.  Bring up the book you want, so that it is the only title on your screen.  Just below the illustration of the book cover, you will see "Format Information".  A bit below that you will see how many "Available" copies there are and how many "Library" copies there are.  If there are three "Library" copies, and you are number 12 on the list, divide 12 by three.  Did you get four?  Good!  So, you are really fourth in line, and you'll have to wait for three other users--not 11 other users--to finish it.
