Tanasbrook Association of Unit Owners

Oregon's Most Livable Condominium Community

The Tanasbrook Homeowners Portal can be found through CMI here.

Owners and Residents can also join the community Facebook page here.

Developed in the 1970s in eleven phases, Tanasbrook is a community of 340 condominium units of varying sizes, built on 54 acres that include ponds, streams, and greenways. Everyone who buys a Tanasbrook condominium automatically becomes a member of the Tanasbrook Association of Unit Owners (TAUO, “Association”). The Association is an incorporated entity legally established to govern the condominium property. Being a member of a homeowners association carries with it a number of benefits. Those benefits include not having to personally deal with exterior painting, roofing, and large landscaping issues, easy access to a number of amenities (pool, tennis courts, clubhouse), and the ability to control the condition of the surrounding neighborhood (avoiding the risk of dilapidated houses with overgrown vegetation, derelict vehicles). Others enjoy the close social networks that are formed from living in a close neighborhood. Being a member also carries responsibilities. These include helping to pay for the Association’s communal expenses, adhering to a set of community rules, and helping to keep the administration of the Association viable by participating in the running of the Association.
