SyncSwitch Interface login Issue has been solved

We would like to inform all of our clients that SyncSwitch Interface login issue has been solved. All SyncSwitch and SBO are working properly now. 

There was network issue in our data centre and the problem has been solved by data centre. Today is sunday and technical support team of data centre (www.superbhosting.net) was not available on time to work on it. However they have solved the issue but took very long time.

We talked with data centre regarding prevention of these issues from further occurrence, they have assured us that this type of issues will not arise again. However we are taking action to prevent this type of issues from our side as well. Our sincere apology for the service interruption to all of our clients and would like to thank everyone for their patients, cooperation and understanding.

[UPDATE]
We are still working with our data centre, and the problem is not resolved yet. Data centre has replied to us and we are continuously working with them. 

Further observation regarding service interruption is, for all SBO V.3 services, only SyncSwitch interface has been affected. Customers cannot login to the switch, but their services will be up and running without interruption.

For SBO V.2 services, service is up and running, but if someone restart the SBO, the SBO will stop working immediately. So everyone is requested not to restart their SBO until the problem is resolved.

We would like to inform you all that, we are facing some issues related to data centre, and for that reason, SyncSwitch users might get some difficulties to log in to the interface. However, switch and SBO service is up and running. We are working with the data centre to solve the issue as soon as possible. We request our customers to be patient and with us while we solve the issue. We are expecting the problem to be solved within 1 hour.
