Mark Street Before and After School Care

Before and after school care at Villa Maria is run by Mark Street After School Care, Inc (MSASC). The day-to-day operation of the service is performed by a qualified childcare coordinator and child care trainees.

The service is located on the school premises from Monday - Friday and the operating hours are: 7.00am – 8.20am | 3.00pm – 6.00pm

Attendance at MSASC may be regular or casual. To make a booking, please call the coordinator. 

Before School Care:

  • Breakfast provided daily
  • Education program/craft activities/games
After School Care:
  • Variety of outdoor activities 
  • External providers 2-3 times per week to facilitate skills workshops including tennis, rugby, soccer, gymnastics, basketball, badminton, athletics, field hockey, netball, cricket, AFL, European handball at no extra charge
  • Afternoon tea cooked on site everyday by staff
  • Cooking classes program for children available for any interested kids
  • Access to the entire school playground
  • Soon to be renovated basketball court
  • Full access to the library for the 'homework club'
Casual Booking:

Once your child is enrolled at our service, you can  book in casual days via the My Family Lounge App.


Vacation Care:
  • Available during term holiday periods within the school year
  • Popular activities include Indoor rock climbing, movie days, bowling and laser tag, ninja warrior, creative craft days, external excursions to museums and wildlife parks and more

How do I Register?

Before using the service, all families must complete a registration form and pay a one off membership fee of $25. Registration forms, membership fees and hourly rates are available from the MSASC coordinator.

Step 1:
Families will need to email their interest to MSASC to receive a unique Login which will enable you to register with MY FAMILY LOUNGE and complete the online registration process. 
For NEW families to our service who have NOT used My Family Lounge before, click on REGISTER to create your own My Family Lounge account.
For families who have an EXISTING My Family Lounge account, skip the registration process and go to step 2

Step 2:
Log into your MFL account and tell us about you, your child and what bookings you are after so we can help you out.

Step 3:
If you have requested a permanent booking for Before or After school Care, we will come back to you and advise if we have a spot available for your child. If we have a spot, we will email you an Offer. Simply accept the offer, complete and submit your child’s Enrolment form online to confirm your spot.
