The Enrolment Policy of Villa Maria Catholic Primary School follows the Sydney Archdiocesan Catholic Schools Enrolment Policy which is available on the Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) website. Priority of enrolment is given to the families as listed in this policy. All parents are provided with an enrolment package that includes SCS and School Policy documentation. Parents, together with their child, are required to attend an interview with the Principal.

Enrolment packages are available from the Office during March, and documents can also be downloaded from this site. Please refer to the links or contact the Office for more information.

In order to process your application we require the following:

  • completed Application for Enrolment
  • completed Villa Maria Enrolment Registration Form
  • copy of Baptism Certificate
  • copy of Birth Certificate
  • copy of Immunisation History Statement
  • copy of utility bill showing proof of address
  • lodgement fee of $80 (non-refundable)

* In the case of overseas students further documentation may be required.

Once finalised, please return the completed forms, copies of required documents and the lodgement fee to the school (by post or in person), an interview time will then be arranged.
