St Patrick’s has been a part of the eSmart project. The eSmart project is an initiative developed by the Alannah and Madeline foundation designed to help schools improve cybersafety and reduce cyberbullying and bullying.

eSmart involves a series of interventions aimed at creating positive, respectful and inclusive cultures which reduce bullying and cyberbullying and increase online safety.

As an eSmart school we aim to:

  • create an environment where the smart, safe and responsible use technology is part of the school culture
  • provide students, teachers and the wider school community with the knowledge and skills necessary to become responsible and effective users of technologies.
