Principals Message

Amanda Westgate - Foundation Principal

Welcome to St Patrick's Catholic Primary School. The school has welcomed its first students into an exciting and imaginative learning culture in January 2017.

St Patrick's School will rekindle the tradition of Catholic education in the Mortlake area that first began in 1895 supported by the parish and the Sisters of Charity. We are creating a dynamic, contemporary school that will empower our learners into an exciting and rewarding future.

Learning at St Patrick's will be in partnership with parents, as the first educators. I welcome their engagement in this exciting chapter of their child's life journey and the birth of our new school community.

Our school culture will reflect Christian values of inclusion, respect, love, welcome and service. I welcome Monsignor John Usher's passion, commitment and support of the vision to establish a high-quality Catholic school in the heart of the Mortlake community.

My dream for St Patrick’s is that it will be a dynamic school, a place of learning and inquiry, a place of faith and celebration in a safe and happy environment.

During 2017, I encourage your family to contact us to book a school tour and
discuss the opportunities that will be available for your child at St Patrick’s
Catholic Primary School.
