In Year 5 in Science this semester we have been working on matter. We investigated the variables that would make the best tasting meringue using egg white, sugar, caster sugar, almond meal and corn flour - Chloe.   When we made meringues, I learned that the materials used as ingredients can be used as variables depending what was added to the egg white. The state of the matter changed as the viscosity increased with whipping and then when heat was added in the oven there was very little viscosity Evan
