For Students

St Patrick’s is a two-stream school catering for boys and girls from Kindergarten to Year 6. The students are encouraged to give their personal best in all learning and social situations and to be respectful in all interactions with classmates, staff, families and visitors to our school.  The students of St Patrick’s are proud of their school, its modern facilities and dedicated teachers and they articulately share their pride with guests to our school.

Student Leaders

St Patrick’s students are valued for the contributions they make to the school community. The staff and students in Year 3-6 elect student leaders each year. Two students in Year 6 are voted in as School Captains. Students also vote for House Colour Captains.

Students in Year 6 have special responsibilities to support students around the school and on the playground. Senior students serve on the student council and in this role they help develop initiatives to improve the school and build community spirit. The student leaders are involved in a variety of school activities and help to promote and advertise school events.

St Patrick’s has an active social justice group called Helping Hands Committee. This group of senior students meet regularly to discuss how they can best support those in need and promote social justice initiatives within the school community.
