Principal's Message

In 2016 our theme is "Creating a difference through achieving our best".  Through this we ask that all members of our community-staff, students and parents work together to continue to learn and grow.

At St Joseph the Worker we are committed to providing a happy and safe environment where all members of the community are respected and encouraged to achieve their best.

Students are provided with a variety of learning experiences and activities which cater for individual needs. Our school provides programs which cater for the varying needs of the students. These include Reading Recovery, Seasons for Growth, Special Education and English as a Second language (ESL) programs.

We also offers opportunities for children to enjoy participation in a range of sports. These programs add to the richness of the school and present stimulating and interesting opportunities for the students.

Our school also takes great pride in providing a wide range of creative opportunities, from inter-school debating to Visual Arts. In 2014 our school had two finalists in the Christmas Story Art Exhibition and Competition.

The P&F Association is very active in its support of the school. We value the contribution of parents and friends who assist the school in many ways.

This website will give you a glimpse into life at St Joseph the Worker and the wealth of educational opportunities that we offer our students.

I trust you will enjoy your visit.
