The school accepts enrolments for boys and girls in all grades, Kindergarten to Year 6. Whilst the official enrolment period is held each year in March to May, enrolments at other times of the year may also be considered. You are invited to contact the school office to obtain the necessary documentation and arrange an interview for your child.  Enrolment fee applies for new families.

When do I need to enrol my child?

The enrolment period for Kindergarten 2020 will be open from the 4 March 2019 and will continue to the 31 May 2019. This is in conjunction with Catholic Schools Week which is held from the 3 March to the 9 March 2019. During this time you will need to collect an enrolment application form from the school office or the school website. Upon the return of your enrolment form, an appointment is made for you and your child to meet with the Principal.

How old does my child need to be to start school?

Your child must turn 5 years of age on or before July 31st in the year which they begin school.

What documentation needs to be provided at the time of enrolment?

At enrolment you must complete an enrolment form from the school. You must also provide originals (the originals will be copied by the school and returned to you immediately) of the following documents:

  • Birth certificate of your child
  • Baptismal certificate of your child
  • Immunisation certificate
  • Citizenship documentation (where applicable)
  • Relevant Family Court Orders (where applicable)
  • Relevant medical and/or special needs information including clinical/educational assessments (where applicable)

Who can enrol at a Catholic School?

Children from all families who are prepared to support Catholic ideals and principles may be considered eligible for enrolment in a Catholic school. Priority for enrolment is given in the following order:

  • Baptised children of Catholic families, who are actively involved in the parish.
  • Baptised children of Catholic families residing in other parishes in which they are actively involved.
  • Children of families affiliated to churches in communion with the Roman Catholic, such as the Maronite Church.
  • Baptised children of Catholic families residing in other parishes.
  • Children of Orthodox or other Christian families.

How much does it cost to enrol my child?

A $50 administration fee is charged at the time of enrolment. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of lodgement of the enrolment form.
