How to Enrol

Enrolment Packages are prepared in February and ready for distribution during March/April. Please contact the school on 02 9771 5492 for an Enrolment Package if it is not available to download from this page.

When to Enrol

The official enrolment period begins in Catholic Schools Week in March and continues until the end of May, but parents are free to enrol their children at any time during the year. St Christopher’s Catholic School holds an Open Day for prospective enrolments during Catholic Schools Week in Term One.

The enrolment period will be advertised in the school newsletter, the Parish Bulletin and, of course, in the Events calendar on this site.

Who Can Enrol

Children from all families who are prepared to support Catholic ideals and principles may be considered eligible for enrolment in a Catholic school. Priority for enrolment is given in the order set out in the Archdiocesan Enrolment Policy and on the Enrolment Application Form.

Enrolment Process

The application must be accompanied by a copy of the child’s Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate, including those children baptised at St Christopher's. Parents or children born overseas will need to present passports and visas. Immunisation certificates need to be submitted with the application or before the commencement of school.

The Enrolment Committee will consider all applications in the light of the mandatory and scaled priorities as outlined in the Enrolment Policy for Sydney Catholic Systemic Schools. After the committee has processed all applications, parents will be informed whether a place will be offered for their child. Unsuccessful applicants may be placed on a waiting list.

2019 Enrolment Open Day
