For Students

Student Welfare

At St Brigid's we endeavour to promote a healthy, safe & supportive learning environment for all students. Student welfare is a shared responsibility between home and school. The school has implemented programs to encourage positive social behaviours such as: 'Bounce Back' Program, Kinder & Year 6 'Buddies", Good Citizenship Awards, Principal Awards, Class Awards, as well as Environmental Class Captains.

Student Leaders

St Brigid's students are valued for their contributions they make to our school community.

Student leaders are voted for by the students each year. Two students in Year 6 are voted in as School Captains. Students also vote for House Colour Captains. As well, each class votes for Student Representative Council members and Environmental Captains. These students are involved in a variety of school activities such as weekly assemblies, sport carnivals, the annual National Young Leaders Day, committees and delivering special occasion addresses.
