For Students

Student Leadership

We value the input and opinion of the students and believe that all students are important stakeholders in this community. Student participation in leadership is encouraged and all Year 6 students are leaders. The Year 6 School Leadership Team comprises of the School Captains, Colour Captains, Environmental Leaders, Restorative Justice Leaders, School Ambassadors and Technology Leaders.

The Student Representative Council (SRC) is a group of children from Kindergarten to Year 6 elected by their peers for the period of one semester. They are assisted by a teacher who acts as mentor. The SRC initiates and coordinates activities to raise awareness of a various charities we support and to initiate student outreach programs.

Assemblies

Each morning our school community joins together for a short morning assembly where we gather to pray, listen to daily announcements and celebrate birthdays. Student leaders facilitate our weekly assembly on Friday mornings where students receive awards.

Creative Arts

Our students can take up the opportunity to learn an instrument with a private tutor, join the School Band or School Choir, as well as participate in Drama and Visual Arts clubs held during lunch and outside of class times.
