About Us

St Brendan's Catholic Primary School is a one stream systemic school for boys and girls from Kindergarten to Year 6.

One of our greatest strengths is the community spirit that exists between the staff, students, parents and parishioners of St Brendan's. We strive to integrate the gospel values into the life of the school in order to enable our students to grow in their relationship with God and each other.

Our school motto is 'Veritas' - truth. This core value of truth is one we hold dear at St Brendan's and it is at the centre of all we do. We look for truth in each other, in our learning and in our teaching.

Our School Wide Pedagogy "Inspiring Hearts and Minds, one child at a time" guides us to enhance the learning potential of each child. We seek to do this by uncovering and nurturing the talents, gifts and passion for learning of each individual. We provide meaningful and authentic opportunities for learning.

We are committed to a balanced education and therefore provide contemporary academic programs as well as additional opportunities in music, dance, drama, art and sport. We believe that children have a variety of interests and talents which must be nurtured and that we must celebrate the success and achievements of every student.

In 2010 St Brendan's undertook a major refurbishment which has resulted in learning spaces which are warm, bright and inviting. An upgrade of our library and the building of multipurpose pods enable flexible and varied learning experiences for our children.

Please contact the school if you have any enquiries, or better still make an appointment to enjoy a tour of our school.

I look forward to welcoming you.
