For Parents

St Anthony's welcomes the opportunity to work collaboratively with parents in a wide variety of ways and there is a significant degree of parental support at the school. Parents assist in classrooms, sporting activities and events, excursions, uniform shop, canteen, Enrolment and Finance Committees and in the promotion of safety issues. A Class Parent network is active in community building, fundraising and social initiatives and generously supports the school.

Parents are encouraged to become involved in their child's learning. At the beginning of each year Parent Information sessions and Parents as Educators courses for Literacy  (including Child Protection requirements) are conducted. Attendance at these courses is essential for parents who wish to assist in our school.
