Student Wellbeing

'Seasons' is a loss and grief education program run by the school to offer support

and coping strategies for students in Years 1-6. The program has been developed for children who have faced a loss or separation of a loved one in their lives: for example the death of a grandparent/aunt/uncle or divorce/separation of parents.

The loss must have occurred at least six months before students join the program.

The program is run by trained staff and is not a counselling/therapy program.

Every Monday morning, our school gathers together on the playground to welcome in the new week. Our School Assembly takes place every week on a Friday morning in the hall from 8:55am. We invite all parents to attend and participate in the shared activities.

In addition to these weekly assemblies, a number of special assemblies are held each term, often based around the liturgical calendar.
