Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking and payment has to be made 48 hours prior to cleaning.

Fees: £12.50/hour

Our services can be booked for one occasion or regularly. It is best for everyone if regular cleaning services are booked in advance. The main benefit is that we can make sure that we send out the same cleaning person. For the second time visiting your home they will be familiar with the location as well as the surrounding.

When making a booking, our customers could choose whether to supply us with their own necessary cleaning products or wish us to bring our own. £5.00 extra charge applies in this case.

Booking is simple and can be made any time from Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 to 21:00 hours.

  1. First, please fill in the registration form. 
  2. Decide how many rooms needs to be cleaned. (Please use recommended time table shown below!)
  3. Please check if any ironing service are needed. If so, please allow extra time. 
  4. Specify any extra requests in the field found in the registration form.
  5. Then make payment by using the PayPal link provided below. (For cleaning products bought by us, please add an extra £5.00 pounds to the total.)
  6. Please do not forget to leave feedback. Which is highly appreciated.

The question of timing: time period booked by customer is normally long enough for our services to be completed on time. In case the cleaning requires further time, the cleaners will either contact you or our office. You then can decide whether to buy extra hours or clarify priorities. In that case our cleaner will make sure priority jobs will be finished on time without extra charge.

Our recommended time period is as follows (including hallway, kitchen, lounge,dinning room, stairs and landing):

  • 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom=2 hours
  • 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom=3 hours
  • 3 bedrooms + 1 bathroom=3 hours
  • 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms= 3 hours
  • 4 bedrooms + 1 bathroom=4 hours
  • 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms=4 hours

All our staff will do their best to be with you on time. However, the London traffic and public transportation is sometimes unpredictable. In case there is a 30 minutes delay then we will contact you.

Refund can be arranged in case of dissatisfaction. Please contact our office within 24 hours. And we will do our best to find a mutual agreement.


In case of cancellation, we ask you to contact us 24 hours in advance.
